We want you to be satisfied with UseClaw. If things don't work out, we offer a straightforward refund policy so you can try the Service with confidence.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with UseClaw for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
Eligibility
- The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable, as you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are not available if your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hi@smartspreadsheets.co with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful).
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Your account will be downgraded and active instances will be paused once the refund is issued.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. When you cancel, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Exceptions
In cases of extended service outages or billing errors on our part, we may issue prorated credits or refunds at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
