1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UseClaw (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UseClaw provides AI-powered agent instances that operate on messaging platforms on your behalf. The Service includes instance management, token allocation, and related tools accessible through our web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or other harmful material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Token Usage

Each subscription plan includes a monthly token allocation. Tokens are consumed by your AI agent instances during operation. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period. If you exceed your allocation, your instances may be paused until the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of UseClaw. You retain ownership of any content you create or configure through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
